Arijan Radan is a Bosnian basketball coach and former player with two decades of playing experience all throughout Europe including Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Turkey, Slovenia, Germany, and Italy.

Following his retirement, Radan seamlessly transitioned into coaching and established R Sports Academy in Sarajevo, dedicated to nurturing young athletes.

As a certified coach through the Euroleague Head Coaches Board Academy, he prioritizes skill development and holistic athlete preparation, aiming to shape well-rounded players both on and off the court.
